Your service technician Tim was so thorough and so detail-oriented. He literally cleaned up years of grime and sediment, explained what needed to be fixed, and even caulked the outside chimney connection. He was here for over 2 hours as opposed to the half hour that previous technicians had spent. I am so grateful for technicians like Tim, who take their work seriously and who are so positive. He’s a gem!
