Yesterday Tim and Dave installed a new oil tank at my home. I would like to take an opportunity to say "thank you" for getting the install scheduled so quickly. I would also like to share that I was impressed with the display of "teamwork" that I witnessed from these two individuals. They were highly self motivated and I was surprised at the combined ingenuity that was needed to remove the tank from my home. (I was actually surprised that they were unable to remove the tank in one piece!) Lastly, both of these gentlemen were very personable and patient. I was intrigued with the process and asked a million questions! They were very accommodating and willing to share their extensive knowledge to satisfy my curiosity! In today's word, we tend to focus on the negative and never share the positives. Your service technician Tim was so thorough and so detail-oriented. He literally cleaned up years of grime and sediment, explained what needed to be fixed, and even caulked the outside chimney connection. He was here for over 2 hours as opposed to the half hour that previous technicians had spent. I am so grateful for technicians like Tim, who take their work seriously and who are so positive. Thank you very much for the professional service Meyer Oil Co. has provided me and my family over the past 35 plus years. Your technicians have been servicing the existing New York boiler with reliable parts and efficient service from the early 1980’s. This service extends throughout the heating season where, if some problem arises in the dead of night, a service tech will be out to resolve any issue I might have with my unit. That is reliable service. The technicians are always kind and knowledgeable to answer all questions that I might have about repairs or service of my heating or air conditioning unit. Recently I replaced my AC unit with a new more efficient one. A knowledgeable service technician came to my home and fully explained my options based on the needs, efficiency, and best size unit for my home. They completed the installation of the unit in the two days promised and one of the technicians even vacuumed the hallway where they were working. Meyer Oil Company is also very fair with their product pricing, budget payments and service agreement contracts pricing. When you have something good going for you that affects your home and family, why change? I am completely satisfied with Meyer Oil! Steve
